The SUN is now in Gate 55
ABUNDANCE, The Gate of Spirit
Is your cup half empty? Or is it overflowing?
Are you looking externally for fulfillment?
Or have you discovered the peace and fulfillment within?
I have the image of a baby discovering its toes.
The delight. The joy of discovering that what we seek is in our hand
Gate 55 is Individual Knowing Circuitry.
It comes off the Emotional Solar Plexus, the place where we are connecting to our desires.
When we are tapped into its power, we rest in the truth that Spirit/the Universe has our back.
There is a deep sense of knowing all is well.
We are supported.
The cup is full – and overflowing…
When we are living the low side of this energy, we can feel bereft.
Unsupported.
There can be a melancholic pit.
The cup is half empty with no chance of being filled.
Richard Rudd speaks of Gate 55 as a pivotal energy in humanity’s transformation.
He sees the journey as one from Victimization to Freedom.
We are caught in a web of victimization, he explains, as long as we believe we are at the effect of the external.
Once we realize we are cause, once we take responsibility for our circumstances, then we are free.
This is a quantum shift.
Most of us are not there…yet!
Or maybe we’ve had glimpses of it.
I know I have.
There is nothing more empowering.
Nothing that rips away the attachment to fear more abruptly
than sitting back into the safety of oneself.
Allowing the emotional waves to ebb and flow, to gather and crash…
All the while fundamentally unmoved.
Supporting the Sun, the Earth 
is in Gate 59, Dispersion, Sexuality, Penetration
This is powerful Tribal Defense Circuitry, coming off the Sacral Center, reaching towards the Emotional Solar Plexus.
This energy wants to create.
Children. Businesses.
It wants to penetrate, to connect at a deep level.
It wants partnership.
Intimacy.
It is a powerful masculine energy – sometimes I think of it as sperm, determined to reach the egg.
I feel the dynamic of these two energies at play together:
The energy to create in partnership and the energy to surrender, allow, be supported…
They almost seem at odds, and yet, they form a magical alchemy.
Can we open to the mystery, the transformation they point to?
Or will we hold on to our old patterns in a desperate attempt to stay in hope rather than realization?
How are you doing with your propensity to feel victimized?
Are you the witness of it?
Or are you believing the external holds your wellbeing?
If you drop into the vast vortex of melancholy this week, can you be present to it, rather than dismissing it, medicating it, or enacting it?
Can you allow its creative depth to catapult you to a new life?
