When my son was 7 years old, he came back from school one day and said "Mom, I had to tell the class what kind of work you do". "What did you say?", I asked him curiously. "You help people who are not happy in their heads. That's right, isn't it?”

Yes, he was right, it is the starting point.

I help people who are tired of pretending that ‘everything is fine’ while being unhappy and dissatisfied. People who want to go from a place of feeling stuck, frustrated, or insecure to feeling confident in who they are and what they do. I help them to know themselves at a deeper level, to grow in their personal leadership, and feel equipped for their professional and personal life.

Hi, my name is Jennet Burghard and I have been working as a certified Master NLP coach, Relational Presence facilitator and Authentic Leadership trainer for more than 25 years. Because of my background as a consultant many of my clients are in business.

Human Design came into my life three years ago, and was a great surprise to me. What kind of super tool was this? Giving clear answers to the deepest questions, like Who am I beyond societal expectations or external influences? Human Design bypasses conditioning, and shows us our unique design. I use Human Design as part of every coaching process now. It doesn't make sense to keep this new perspective and empowering gift away from my clients.

I also am deeply immersed in the practice of Relational Presence. The practice of speaking and listening from a place of awareness.

With my Conscious Sun in Gate 20, In the Now, embodying and emanating presence is a natural alignment for me. Bringing the light of awareness (presence) to Human Design opens a magical portal. It activates the exploration of our Human Design charts. It fully engages us in the experiment of knowing and living who we truly are.

Combining that In the Now presence with my Conscious Moon in Gate 43, Insight, I’ve joined Robin on the teaching staff and as support in program development to weave Relational Presence throughout the Human Design training. I currently lead Relational Presence groups for the training, as well as Human Design/Relational Presence workshops with Robin. We are in the process of creating a Relational Presence/Human Design community to further support the deepening into living our design.
