I am from Bahia, Brazil, a 4/6 Projector, currently living in Ashland, Oregon, with my husband a 1/3 Projector, a 2/5 Manifesting Generator teenage daughter, and a 4/6 Projector son.

In 2000, I decided to change my focus in life from Architecture and go deeper into Yoga philosophy. In July of 2001 I graduated from International university of Yoga, in Brazil. I have been practicing, studying, and teaching Yoga ever since. Earning a variety of certifications as well as facilitating Yoga Teacher Training and related workshops.

Yoga naturally led me to Ayurveda, which I found so beneficial for a wholistic understanding of health and wellness, in 2020 I became a Certified Ayurveda Herbalist.

In the summer of 2023, Human Design Found me! It is my great joy to have been invited into the training. I am so impressed with its precision, accuracy, simplicity, and thoroughness. Human Design lent great insight into myself and my family relations. I was quickly caught in its vortex. I found myself learning and analyzing charts of my extended family, friends, even my children’s friends!
